Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here’s our cancellation policy to ensure a smooth process:
Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or changes to bookings.
Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate new dates based on availability.
